Advantages of Joomla!:
- Multiple Configurations
- Website development options of unlimited depth
- Numerous Commercial Plugins
- Worldwide development community
- Great SEO advantages
- Virtually Unlimited Pages
Joomla! is really a wonderful website publishing framework, hands down, we love Joomla! The options and capabilities of Joomla! are almost unlimited, depending only upon your imagination in most cases. The Joomla! premium theme (templates) that are available commercially usually are very high quality and with the right developer can be customized to look amazing.
Joomla! also offers access to some amazing commercially available extensions (plugins), from eCommerce and/or affiliate management to LMS (Learning Management Systems) used by major universities around the world.
We use Joomla! when a client wants the most robust and expandable platform available in an open source content management system (sorry Drupal and WordPress fans). We do not recommend Joomla! for smaller websites which will be managed by novice webmasters (small business owners). Not because Joomla! is so difficult to understand, because it really is not (it is actually quite logical). We don’t recommend this CMS for everyone of our clients becuase in most cases Joomla! is simply overkill and WordPress is a much faster and easier publishing system to learn as a novice or person with limited CMS experience.
Joomla! Content Management System Development
iBusinesslogic started in web development and immediately gravitated to using Joomla! as a CMS. Our first commercial website jobs were completed using Joomla! While we do specialize is WordPress for most small business applications, we feel that Joomla! is a great option for more complicated site designs.
