Keith Sanders Law P.A. is a local attorney in St Pete Beach, Florida who specializes in Bankruptcy, Foreclosure Defense and Loan Modification.

Prior to working with iBusinessLogic this local attorney’s best form of advertising was either word of mouth or the occasional Craig’s List Advertisement. iBusinessLogic went to work on changing that situation with a fully optimized easy to manage WordPress as CMS website development project.

This legal specialty site inclused a custom premium theme with rotating banner header, a custom beach oriented background, call to action buttons and easy to update testimonial displays that rotate automatically on the home page with every new page load.

Attorney Sanders and his staff have been impressed with the speed and efficiency of this website development project.  From start to finish this complete web site was completed in less than 4 weeks.

Keith Sanders stressed his desire to focus on three primary forms of law in which he specializes:

  • Bankruptcy – Chapter 13 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Law in the State of Florida
  • Foreclosure defense in the State of Florida
  • Loan Modifications

Needless to say these are very competitive keyword phrases and we of course wanted to hone the niche down to a more localized result. With this plan the site was optimized to capitalize on search traffic in the local Tampa Bay area and of course in Keith Sanders home town of St Pete Beach.

The results are impressive, even for us… All of these results are for Organic search within 60 days of the site going live.  This shows the strength of a properly set up and optimized WordPress based Content Management System website.  To attain these kinds of rankings in such a highly competitive search phrase landscape is quite impressive. Our Client Wade’s Equipment Service of Pasco County Florida has had an eye opening experience with WordPress as a Small Business Website CMS (Content Management System).

Wade’s sells automotive lifts like the challenger lift you see in the photo on the right. Wade’s main clients over the years have been auto dealers and auto repair garages. Recently however Wade’s has experienced a new trend. Homeowners are requesting information about how they can install these heavy duty automotive lifts in their home garages.

Anne and Bob Graybill, the owners of Wade’s equipment (previous owners name was Wade) wanted to explore the idea of having a website which could help them take advantage of this trend in addition to anchoring their standard business of commercial installations and repair of auto lifts, lathes, parts washers and other garage equipment. ashwagandha

We inspired Anne and Bob to try using WordPress. Not just because it would be easier for them to learn, but also due to the incredible flexibility of the platform when used as a CMS for small business websites.  When I told them they could update the site themselves, at first they were a little intimidated. Getting Started With a WordPress Powered Small Business Website

We started a new website for my brother Steve Pooler just the other day. Steve is a marine air conditioning specialist on the West Coast of Central Florida. Since we develop small business websites with WordPress acting as a CMS (content management solution) at iBusinessLogic.com , of course we installed WordPress for my brother.

Steve may know more about very expensive yachts and complicated air conditioning controls and refrigeration than anyone else in Florida, but he needed a little help with getting started on his first website.

I will be working with Steve as I would with any client to show him the basics about how to update and manage his own small business website. Once he gets the hang of it, I am sure he will take off and become very creative with his company website.

The video screencast above is my first attempt at creating some basic quick tip videos for Steve, our clients and friends. It was recorded using Jing.com which does not have any editing capabilities so please excuse any rough portions of the video which may have deserved editing.
