After the upfront fees are paid are there any additional ongoing costs?

Not for the first 3 months, then just ($29.95 USD) per month for hosting, support and software usage plus ongoing feature upgrades until termination by the client.

Is it a pre made design?

No, each client receives a custom design, producing a unique look and feel for their brand and product line. Our work carries a full proofing process so designs are always approved prior to implementation. Frooition’s listing design software then allows you to add our designs to your listings easily and effectively to create beautiful listings every time. Demo available upon request.

Is it too far from the standard eBay look?

Research says no, we found that visitors are perfectly comfortable using the new design due to previous website experience and were still able to recognise they were on eBay. Many users also said they felt “more at home” due to its reassuring, confidence building nature. Can I use the graphics else where?

Yes, once the design is complete we will send you a graphics pack, all rights to these graphics are passed over to you and as the owner you can use them wherever you like.

What if eBay changes something?

eBay occasionally makes minor tweaks to their main system, we always make sure our work is compatible with the latest version. We also have backup procedures in place that allow you to restore your stores package to its standard appearance while any upgrade is in progress, if required. We also endeavor to make sure our designs work with new systems.

Is it hosted by eBay?

The store and about me page will still be located on eBay’s hosting but all graphics and Frooition software are hosted on our high performance dedicated servers.

eBay Store Questions

Is it just a fancy home page?

No, the store will keep its look on every page not just the first one. Using eBay’s inventory system all items either viewed by category or retrieved by a search will display dynamically and retain all the store’s styling.

Can I update the store myself?

Yes, our stores work with the eBay interface which means you can change your categories, add promotion boxes, create custom pages etc… and the store will automatically update without loosing its styling. Basically, anything you can currently do with your store you will be able to do with the new one.

Listing Template Questions

How does the Frooition software work?

The software allows you to create great looking listings without needing to have coding knowledge. You simply add a title, description and photos and then when happy with the preview you click a button that gives you the code to copy/paste into your listing tools description area (html view).

Does the software launch items to eBay?

No, the software is purely to help you create professional looking listings, you will still use your existing listing method whether that be eBay’s “Sell My Item”, Turbo Lister, Selling Manager or a 3rd Party solution such as AuctionLogic ChannelAdvisor, Infopia or Marketworks. - Ask iBusinessLogic about these options

How many Images can 10MB of space hold?

This really depends on the size of the images and the quality you choose to upload at but on average you should be able to store over 300 pictures. Additional space upgrades are available if required (50MB, 250MB & 1GB). (The AuctionLogic eBay & eCommerce management solution hosts unlimited images)
